We believe the way we serve one another, our community and the world, demonstrates the love of Jesus. We provide opportunities to serve by: encouraging, training and empowering individuals to use their unique gifts and talents to glorify God; providing diverse and ways for many people to serve in the ongoing work of JRBC; supporting the ongoing missions of WMU, Vacation Bible School, Man-to-Men Mentors, and Ginter Hall and Chesterfield Square Shopping Center outreach services; and identifying and implementing innovative outreach initiatives with the encouragement and practical support of Pastor Chuck and JRBC leadership.
SHARING God’s love with the world
But do not forget to good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

We believe we are called to share our faith and material blessings with each other, our community and the world. We provide opportunities for sharing by: preaching the good news of salvation by grace both in JRBC services and at special events; training and empowering individuals in personal evangelism; implementing practical ways for individuals to share their time, talents and financial resources in the community and around the world; encouraging and praying for each other, our missionaries, our community, and the world; supporting the church with our time, talents and financial resources.
GROWING in God’s amazing grace . . .
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We believe it is God’s will for every believer to experience ongoing growth in their Christian walk. We provide opportunities for growth by: presentation of the gospel in clear, relevant messages; peer-group classes and studies; an emphasis on individual prayer, praise and worship; an encouraging and supportive atmosphere for growth and accountability; opportunities to express faith through praise, worship and outreach; Bible-based pastoral counseling.
